The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition hosts the second of their free bike-in movies tonight screening Klunkerz in SOMA. The screening will be capped by a Q&A with local mountain biking legend Gary Fisher. Come hungry and feast on street food from the Magic Curry Kart, Amuse Bouche, and the Crème Brulee Cart. And for the eco-friendly peddlers, there will be free valet bike parking.

Saturday, Aug 22nd
Union Square, San Francisco
As summer draws to a close, grab a blanket and a picnic basket and enjoy the Film Night in the Park—hosted by San Francisco Neighborhood Theater Foundation, dedicated to preserving and maintaining San Francisco’s last remaining independent movie houses including the Castro Theater, the Roxie, and the Red Vic. This weekend’s feature film is On The Waterfront, the classic featuring Marlon Brando as a conflicted longshoreman with an awakening consciousness. The final two flicks of the summer will be The Dark Night (Dolores Park on Sept 19th) and Slumdog Millionaire (Washington Square Park on October 3rd). Arrive early to secure a good spot on the grass.
